What is Justin's economic plan?
Colorado lost 11,700 jobs in 2025 — the first decline outside the pandemic since 2010. Justin's plan attacks the deficit through three reforms: reducing state regulatory burden on rural small businesses, workforce development tied to real SD4 employer demand, and state investment in retaining healthcare services, facilities, and providers in rural communities.
He believes rural Colorado cannot wait for Washington to solve a Colorado problem, and SD4's economic recovery requires reforms designed for SD4 — not generic policy written for the Front Range.
